5.4. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during service.
6. Service Standards

6.2. Chauffeurs will be professionally dressed and courteous.
6.3. Vehicles will be clean and well-maintained.
6.4. Flight monitoring is included for airport transfers.
7. Liability
7.1. ECS Provider maintains comprehensive insurance coverage.
7.2. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7.3. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.

8.1. Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal data is collected and processed only for service provision purposes.
8.3. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
9. Modifications to Terms
